Helen Martin
Helen is an employment tribunal chairperson and the current Chairperson of the Guernsey branch of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She has been a member of the IoD since 2003.
An experienced chairperson, Helen is also skilled in HR consulting, employee investigations, restructuring projects and change management, culture change, recruitment and selection, diversity and inclusion, performance management strategies, talent management and HR policies.
Helen has more than 20 years’ experience working in financial services as an HR director. Within this industry, she dealt with a wealth of multi-jurisdictional responsibilities.
Helen is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds a Master of Education Degree in Professional Studies from Exeter University.
